DFM Review for CNC Milled Parts
Before quotation, our engineer reviews wall thickness, internal corner radius, deep pockets, tapped holes, tolerance stack-up and surface finish requirements. If a feature may increase machining cost or risk, we provide practical manufacturing suggestions before production.
DFM Notes:
- Internal sharp corners may require radius adjustment;
- Deep pockets may increase machining time; tight tolerance holes may require reaming or boring;
- Cosmetic surfaces should be clearly marked on 2D drawings;
- Anodizing thickness should be considered for critical dimensions.
